Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Job Postings & Brand Outreach
Company Postings: All job listings must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with all applicable laws.
Cold Outreach: Creators using our platform to perform outreach (via our email tools or directory) are solely responsible for compliance with anti-spam regulations (such as CAN-SPAM). You agree not to use our tools for deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing outreach.
5. UGCjob Pro Subscription & Paid Features
Subscription Terms: UGCjob Pro is a recurring monthly subscription (or lifetime purchase, where applicable). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Sponsorships/Boosts: Optional paid job boosts are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Intellectual Property
Your Content: By uploading portfolios, media kits, or job listings, you grant UGCjob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content on our platform to facilitate connections.
Our Platform: All proprietary database data, including the aggregated Brand Directory, is the exclusive property of UGCjob. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or reproduction of this database is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platform Disclaimer: UGCjob is a marketplace, not a recruiter, employer, or agency. We are not responsible for the outcome of any brand-creator relationship, including payment disputes, intellectual property conflicts, or project failures.
"As Is" Basis:The platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:

- Use our platform to send unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) that violate global anti-spam laws.
