## Frequently Asked Questions

### What is the difference between Free and Pro templates?

Free users have access to a selection of our standard text-based scripts (like basic email pitches and follow-ups). Pro users get instant access to our premium, "Agency-Grade" assets, including our customizable Canva Rate Cards, our "Ironclad" Google Doc Legal Contracts, and our interactive Client Management Portals.

### Do I need to buy expensive software to use these templates?

Not at all! Our premium templates are built using free, industry-standard tools. The contracts and client portals run on Google Docs and Google Sheets, and our visual rate cards can be fully customized using a free Canva account.

### If I upgrade to Pro, do I also get access to the Brand Directory?

Yes! UGCjob Pro is a complete "Business in a Box." Your $7.99/mo subscription unlocks all premium templates and gives you full access to our database of 1,500+ verified brands (including their direct contact emails). You can cancel anytime.

### Can I customize the legal contracts and rate cards?

Absolutely. Our templates are designed to be "plug-and-play." You will duplicate them to your own workspace, where you can add your own branding, adjust your pricing, and plug in your specific project details before sending them to a brand.

### Do you add new templates to the library?

Yes. We are constantly monitoring what works in the UGC industry right now. As a Pro member, you will get immediate access to all future templates, scripts, and guides we add to the platform.
