## The Insider's Perspective

My name is Cliff Jackson. I didn't build UGCJob to cash in on creators who are already being sold rip-off dreams in the form of $1000 courses, scammy job sites, and predatory agencies. I wanted to build a zero-BS resource that could make the lives of creators easier.

I know how hard it can be. I have seen the mistakes brands and creators make, and I have tons of ideas for how to make things better. My background is as an active performance marketer and the founder of Gravity Rail Media.

Over my career, I've managed millions of dollars in paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok for everyone from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 brands. Because of that, I have worked with tons of UGC creators. I know exactly what real brand deals look like, what legitimate brands pay, and how the hiring pipeline actually works.

I was watching incredibly talented creators get scammed by middlemen, ghosted by vaporware platforms, and squeezed by gatekeepers. There is a massive disconnect between the brands who desperately need content and the creators who want to make it.
